De Kemtrak DCP007 is een geavanceerd dual-wavelength photometer, ontworpen om nauwkeurig de concentratie of kleur te meten in het UV-VIS spectrum (250 to 1050 nm).

De analyzer-tranmitter bevat alle electronica inclusief de lichtbronnen en de detectoren. De doorstroomcel is middels Industriële Glasvezelkabels (rvs bescherming) verbonden met de analyzer-Transmitter.

DCP007NIR Industrial Photometer

The Kemtrak DCP007NIR is an advanced dual wavelength photometer designed to accurately measure the concentration of liquids and gasses with near-infrared (NIR) absorbance from 1000 to 2500 nm.

Examples of NIR measurements include water, ethanol, sodium hydroxide, ethylene glycol, acetic acid, hydrogen peroxide and continuous fuel identification.

Optic fibers are utilised to interface the light from within the DCP007NIR enclosure to the sampling point and back. This is a major benefit as all the electricity is kept within the analyser enclosure permitting safe operation in even the most hazardous of environments. An additional benefit is that the light source is "cold" and does not affect the sample.

NBP007 %-Milk Fat Analyzer

The Kemtrak NBP007 is an advanced NIR-Backscatter-Probe Analyzer designed to accurately measure the concentration of %-Milk-Fat (Patented) in a wide measurement range. It has field proven, very good accuracy and reliablilty.

Glasvezelkabels

Glasvezelkabels worden gebruikt als interface tussen de analyzer en het sample punt en terug naar de analyzer. Dit biedt u een belangrijk voordeel omdat de electronica verwijdert is van het proces en de gevaarlijke omgeving. Een ander bijkomend voordeel is de lichtbron nu 'koud' is en geen effect heeft op het sample. Onze glasvezelkabels kunnen besteld worden in lengten tot 50meter en zijn zeer geschikt voor industriële omgevingen. Onze standaard glasvezelkabels zijn voorzien van een siliconen-coating en stalen bescherming en zijn bestand tegen temperaturen tot 250°C

TC007Turbidimeter

The Kemtrak TC007 is an industrial, robust, in-line process turbidimeter desined for a wide range of process applications. the Kemtrak TC007 usies the nephelometric method for turbidity measurement in accordance with International Standard ISO7027
